Using this store

These terms apply to attitudelivingqj.shop. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store under appropriate adult supervision. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. These terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and security

Keep your account details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide and activities you authorise. Do not share passwords or send complete payment card details in customer service messages.

Products and information

Our product pages describe the items and available options. Choose the size, scent, shade, format or other variant carefully before ordering. Product images and screen colours may differ in appearance; this does not excuse supplying incorrect or misdescribed goods. Read product labels, usage instructions and safety information. Products may change or become unavailable.

Prices and currency

Prices are in CAD. The final checkout shows applicable discounts, taxes, shipping and the total before you confirm a purchase. Standard Shipping within Canada is free. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions or pricing and will contact you about any material error affecting an order rather than silently substitute a different item or charge.

Orders, acceptance and cancellation

Submitting an order allows us to review payment, availability and fulfilment details. We may decline or cancel an order where fulfilment is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, details are incorrect or activity is unlawful. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will arrange the applicable refund. To request a change or cancellation, contact support@attitudelivingqj.shop promptly with your order number. Requests may not be possible after fulfilment or dispatch.

Payment, shipping and returns

Payment options actually available to your order appear in the secure checkout. See our Payment Policy. Our Shipping Policy explains 1–2 business days processing, approximately 4–6 business days transit and approximately 5–8 business days total. Our Returns and Refunds Policy provides a 30-day eligible return or exchange period, merchant-paid approved return arrangements, no restocking fee and approved refunds within 10 business days after receipt and review to the original payment method. Additional provider posting time may apply.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload harmful material, commit fraud, infringe rights or access information without permission. Store content and third-party brand material remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access to the website does not grant permission to republish or exploit that material.

Third-party services

Shopify and other providers support our service. Third-party links or services may have their own terms. We do not control external websites and you should review their notices before providing information. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information.

Errors, service availability and responsibility

We seek to keep information accurate and the service available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We may correct information or suspend a function when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control is limited. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. We may update the terms and indicate the revision date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
